Solution to real-time spectating.

Most people only observe to watch your team anyways... so why not make it real time while only being allowed to see the vision of the team you're spectating(or the team your friend is on.)

You could have two modes, full obs with a 3-min delay, or an obs limited to your friend's team that's real time.
