Just curious, bc ever since 
has been released, I have heard nothing regarding Kayn. Sure, I can check a LoL winrate website, but with Kayn's different forms, it's hard to clearly judge his current state in the game.
No news is probably good news. Usually you will hear about it if the champion is too weak or too powerful because people will complain. But there haven't been any such complaints.
I think he can still get like 3K HP from ulting in red form into the enemy tank. Despite his lesser popularity, he's still obnoxious and basically just impossible to even deal with when he's ahead. I'm super glad he's weak early on, in a meta where the games only last like 20 minutes - just because of this guy.
Does it really matter when the new season will change all balancing. Better to take a better look at him then is it not? Kayn being my most played champion since his release, I can assure you he is a very strong champion in the current meta if played correctly.
I mean personally I think he is in a okay spot. He does fairly well overall and is pretty fair most of the time. No news is normally pretty good for a champion. We'll see where he lands after pre-season and stuff.
