For champions like Nasus an Vieger can be put a limit to there stacks? make its kinda hard to do anything when top or mid lets them farm into oblivion an nasus has like 1k stacks an one shooting everyone on your team :|

That's quite funny, I have over 100k mastery on Nasus and never reached 1k. I end before lul

Viegar is far worse b/c the AP he get's applies to all of his abilities where Nasus can only see the benefit on his Q. Also no. These champs are defined by their scaling prowess the longer the game goes on and both are highly susceptible to CC and kiting.
