Speaking as a Zed main, I'd say that anyone can play Zed. Whether or not they play him well is up to their skills, but as of now, damage is so high that as long as you can land your Qs, you win. The casual Zed player can still kill practically anyone not building full armor as easily as R>E>Auto+Duskblade. Q only has significance during laning phase, but if you manage to overcome that, your damage goes off the charts with a single item--then you don't even need it in most cases.

As for Yasuo, he does take a level of skill, but I'd say that most of it is purely experience. Because his kit is centered on getting up in the opponents' faces, a bad engage can screw him over which is where the decision-making factor plays in. There are, obviously, some matches where the Yasuo doesn't need anything remotely close to skill to smash his opponent. These are the ones where his enemy is a skill-shot based champion. His windwall and dash grant him infinite safety--where if windwall is down, dodge with dash. Not saying Yasuo doesn't take any skill, it's just that there some matchups where you cannot do a thing against him and that's where the "no skill" stereotype comes from.

They'll become less hated when they can be punished for fumbling, or at least don't snowball into multiple items from a single kill making them excessively dangerous to deal with.
