Does it take more xp to level up, the farther up you go?

In most games, leveling up requires you to spend more an more time grinding for XP. However, Since League level ups are directly tied to how much in-game currency you get, I was wondering if it was different. Will it cost you the same amount of XP to go from level 31 to 32, as it did to go from 30 to 31? What about going from level 80 to 81? Will that cost more XP? If so, how much more?
