Are Critical DAMAGE (not chance Damage they're different) runes not supposed to work on ashe?

Even with the -90% base modifier if I have 100 damage and a 41% crit damage rune sheet I should be hitting minions for ~150, but I'm only hitting for 120, which is as if though I only have the 110% modifier instead of the 151% modifier I should have with a crit damage rune sheet.

Here is the equation that is used to calculate her new "critical strike" damage: 10 + (%Critical Strike Chance × (1 + Bonus Critical Strike Damage)) % AD

So say you have 2 +crit damage Quints, and build IE, then you will deal: 10 + (20% x (1 + .5 + .0892)) = 41.784% extra AD on each "critical strike"

you do realize a critical strike chance of 0 invalidates that equation

Um, how?

10 + (0% × (1 + 0)) % AD = 10% extra damage That's how it works right at the start of the game, before you have any crit chance or crit damage multiplier

You need to label.

I did. I stated the equation with descriptions first, and then did an example with numbers

10 + (%Critical Strike Chance × (1 + Bonus Criticial Strike Damage)) % AD

41% crit rune sheet.

10 + (0 crit X (1 + .41))

would completely make her crits ignore runes with out any crit chance.

That is a broken equation.

Well that's how they work for all other champs don't they? You can't very well have more damage on a certain kind of attack if you can't make that attack in the first place.

Yes, Ashe technically "critically strikes" on each target that is affected by her passive, but they probably set up the damage that way so that people couldn't abuse the new system in such a way

That's a detail that should be stated clearly.
