my league keeps freezing mid game

so my usual ping is 4050 ms, not bad, but every 1020 seconds i lose control over my champion and my ping jumps to 3000+ ms, but i can still see perfectly as the enemy takes the chance to 1shot me(im a kat mid main so ping is vital to me). sometimes it happens while im moving and i continue moving even when i try to retreat and sometimes i just stand there while everything around me functions flawlessly. it started happening i few days ago but this 0/5 game where i basically froze and fed just pissed my off. also, i play on a pc so it is connected by ethernet. this is me right now:[zombie-brand-mindblown] [darius-angry] [sg-shisa]
