Why so much hate for lee sin?

So many nerfs he has been getting during last year. Damage nerf to all his abilities His Q no longer reveals invisible units. His E second cast only reveals units hit not near it. His W no longer gives spell vamp , only shields allied champions , shield duration reduced to 2 seconds from 5 seconds. His W goes on double CD and casts double energy if not on allied champs. Really. I can understand that spell vamp is an unnecessary and shielding wards and minions and making it shield only champs to make lee plays make hard decisions about where to jump But why the shield duration reduction why double CD and about other nerfs also ALL SPELLS DAMAGE REDUCTION .
