I've played quite a bit of Kled. However, I am not a ranked player so I doubt my advice will be accepted on this topic. In my opinion Kled is NOT overpowered. Now before I get comments saying that I'm wrong please hear what I have to say and respond to me in kind manner and I'll consider what you have to say and kindly respond back. So like many characters in LoL, a GOOD Kled can 1v2 (like Lee Sin, Master Yi, Zed, etc). Now let me analyze Kled's character. Kled is a fast, sticky bruiser, not too unlike Olaf in a way. The difference being Kled's burst potential with his passive does STUPID amounts of damage in a short amount of time, but he lacks in the tank shredding department unless he has follow up. This means Kled is the terror of the low hp carries as he can kill them outright with his combo. However, Kled is easy to outplayed because his play style is so binary. For example, let's say you are in the top lane versus Kled and you have both just hit level 3. If Kled's axe is glowing, don't go in on him. Wait for him to use it on minions and then poke him. The reason for this is that passive is basically all of Kled's kill potential. After poking Kled a few times, Skaarl should run off and that makes it look like Kled is weak, but that is what the Kled mains out there want you to think, so poke him to death. Kled is a character that is FORCED to go ham face to face even when he loses his lizard. I CANNOT stress that enough, just because he is low heath doesn't mean you can get an easy kill before level 6. In the early game you can counter Kled just with poke damage, but around 15-20 minutes in Kled can soak some damage before losing his lizard, but when he does 1 ultimate from just about anyone will 1 shot Kled. In the mid game (when you start team fighting) you NEED to root or stun Kled then he is an easy kill if you ultimate him. You need to be able to kill him fast just as he can kill you fast. isn't that broken.... could we at least balance him( personally i want this champ nerfed to be unplayable like start with one hp, and 5 dmg, then tell all the kled mains that "its balance") however i think that a good balance nerf would be good for him...ie he dosent start with as much hp, it takes longer for skarl to come back, his %ile dmg and attack speed reduced by 1/2....i mean that would at least make him not as roflstomp on every single champion, and make it fair.
