Riot Please

Please consider looking into this idea. Everyone plays ranked and I'm sure everyone has felt the pain of a red name(s) at the end of their game (AFKs). Why do we still lose hard earned LP because of a troll, rage quit, toaster (bad internet/computer), etc? It's not fair to us to lose LP and the enemy team get free LP for an unfair match. But, the enemy team did put time into the match so they should still be rewarded. So, why can't Riot just put in a system where if at the end of a game if there is are any red names that team should get loss prevention and the winning team will still earn the LP. They do that for maintenance issues and such. Now, I know people are going to say "Well, what if you duo with someone and they just AFK so you don't lose?" Well, Riot can just investigate the case (if people report) and issue punishments like demotion, certain game suspension, or even perma-ban. I think it's a pretty good idea. Maybe you see issues with it. Feel free to comment what you think or how this plan could be better.
