Looking for Duo partner.

Someone please help me get to Gold V. I'm currently Silver III. I just won my promo to Silver II 2-0, lost 1 game at 0 points and got deranked back to III.....I can't handle Trollo Queue anymore. The only way to get out of my current ELO hell is to carry hard or to find a partner to rely on. Anyone interested in helping it would be greatly appreciated. I play all roles but ADC. Lane skills are Jungle/Sup/Mid/Top/ADC in that order. Please help/carry me.
