Lissandra Buffs

Yeah that's right, I'm talking about Lissandra "The Ice Witch" otherwise known as "that ice bitch nobody plays." Her character is amazing, with great lore, kit, and model, and her VU's OMFG are amazing. However, more often than not she's been on the negative side of the win rate chart. What she needs is some buffs, nothing major though. With her Q, just an increase the range please, I think it's honestly shorter than her AA range, and lower her mana cost please, I mean I understand that her passive lets her use a spell for free every 18 seconds but 85 mana at first rank is just to much. The only other thing is her E, it's a great ability and looks killer(literally), but it's cooldown is sooooooooooooo long, and with the usual Lissandra build you only get maybe 20% CDR, just shave 2 seconds off every rank.
