How do you get out of the 0% win rate when promoted thing?

I have a 0% win rate in silver 1. How is that possible? The odds of that happening are slim to none? How has league not fixed that? Why is it only putting me with brick walls? It makes me look like such a garbage player for this elo. My win rate is actually garbage now. MMR doesn't move because i go into s2 and get back into s1 no issues at all. Then 6 losses b2b in s1 over and over and over again ......
