draft pick and why it sucks lately

**when i play this awesome (not including players i meet) game, i sometimes wonder how great teams can i meet- i will still have to wonder , because only thing i see on the most recent mode for me is feeding draven with full support items and solo carry tanky as hell caitlyn , who wins the same game that draven lost for them.

I dont know what happened , but we are in wrong place, the players since 2018 are getting worse and worse . My friends are from america , so I as European , cant always play with them , then again im forced to play with disgusting feeders , flamers , small dick monster energy blood kids , edgy teenagers and embittered ''proffesionals'' who were in platinum in season 3 and now will torment others with tales of their superiority

im so tired of this bullshit , especially when i see that there are better players on ranked , but on the draft pick?? trying to find friendly soul is like trying to kill a elephant , with glass of milk.

**Im sittin here , asking : why it gone to shitt3r?? Can't we have like tribunal of trusted players who will just ban trolls ?? like 10% of community who are trustworthy (and high rank) will ban trolls. **

i know how many flaws that plan has , so if anyone comes with something better , please tell me what it is
