Ryze
Ryze has the worst win rate. he needs to be buffed. I think his kit is fine, but his damage is just weak. He needs buffs. Not a rework buffs.
Also give him a new skin.

Ryze has always been garbage in soloQ but broken in pro play, it's unlikely he's going to get buffed any time soon.
He's broken in pro play. Really he needs his kit being rebalanced and his point and click root removed.
