Varus Needs a Rework

I have been playing more and more ADCs and almost have played all of them and I have to say Varus is one of the weaker ones. I do not think he needs a lot of work, but he def needs changes. I think his passive is mostly good, but I think it should be changed to like Jinx. After a kill or assist get the attack boost.

I would have his one stay the same. It is really good.

I would make his two's passive be that it activates on basic attacks (i.e. Vayne) instead of having it be on ability proc. And make it scale like 30-40% with AP.

His 3 is also really good. And so his ult. I think mostly his passive on his two needs a touchup.
