i think the reason it was scrapped is because they found they his only problem isnt his walk animation but his whole model. He is from 2009.
He's on the list for upcoming Visual Updates. They simply scrapped the walk edit and decided he needs more then just a walk update but a whole graphic update.
Why in the world would they scrap this? He walks like a penguin right now compared to this.
Because it basically looks like live, except his arms don't move anymore.
