Random base champion, you don't see who you have until you're in-game Random passive, q, w, e and r.

This sounds ridiculously fun. Sions ult in, fizz troll pool around as you Rupture the ground around you with a nice equinox to shut everyone down, and when you die, hello Kog'maw.
Eh... that's just too random. Most random skill combinations would be terrible, and whichever team ended up with the most broken/least dysfunctional champions would win.

Well it's not completely impossible, though some passives might ruin it, sounds a lot like a combination of dota 2's all random and ability draft gamemodes I guess.
