make the first dragon a gold drake. EXTREMELY easy to kill solo. like 2 red buffs in power. and it gives 100g to every teammember
and then when every dragon dies, the person who killed it gets a small pop up vote menu where he selects the elemental drake that will spawn next
respawn timer is 3 minutes after the gold drake. 6 minutes after normal drakes

You have Infernal and Mountain Drake, that are worth contesting and extremely useful. Then you have Ocean Drake, that's kinda useful if you're constantly in siege battles. Lastly you have Wind Drake, who's barely worth the risk.
And then we have Legendary Dragon, who's only useful if you have enough dragons killed already, otherwise the only advantage you get is denying him to the enemy team.
I'm up for anything by now.
