Why do i suck so much?

Hi everyone, this is my first post in the League of Legends boards. It's a relatively general question, but i cant seem to get any better at this game. I'm bronze 5, and I really want to get good (platinum levelish). I'm starting to build more items that help my team, or counter the enemy, I have a positive attitude in almost every game, and I'm willing to admit i'm wrong when i preform a mistake. It really bothers me that i can't get good at this game, no matter how hard I try or how long I play for. If you have any relative tips that might be able to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

----Details---- Play about 3-6 games daily Main Top Lane Tanks/Bruisers Also sparingly play jungle (What you see above is my main champ comp)

I have about 8 rune pages with 1 maxed T3 Ruin page 800 DPI ~65 cs at 10 minutes (including being ganked or wandering) or 120-130 at 20 minutes Decent map awareness (I play shen a lot) Don't know very many counters or synergies (Champion or Item wise) Working on eliminating stupid impulsive decisions like Kill>Tower or Baron>Inhib
