Intelligence Mastery

This isn't a thread asking for buffs or nerfs or reworks or anything of the like, I'm trying to improve myself as a player and one part of that is knowing all the masteries and knowing generally what masteries are generally suited for and ergo what champions benefit most from them, so the question is what champions would want the Intelligence mastery over the Precision mastery, other than champions who generally have no need for armor/magic penetration such as a good number of supports.
