1. chances are he's gonna be perma-banned though he might be weak on release
2. Mostly his ult which gives his kill gold to allies but beyond that i guess his cc
3. don't worry, 8 times out of 10 only 5 people will actually play him support and the rest will be in jg/mid or something

Couple questions need answering.

Does the E delay always remain the same? Is it a fixed distance or can it be short. I'm concerned that in close combat, hitting E (if a fixed distance) you might outplay yourself. lol

Is the Ultimate a reset if you kill? like Darius ult? in the champion skills on S@20 it shows on dummies that it resets, but you never know if they just have the sandbox refunding CD's.

So far I like it. I feel like its a comination of Kled and Darius and Irelia in one. I am going to try him in Support and top lane. He has good escape tools to avoid ganks in top and good engage to steamroll.

It does indeed. If Pyke gets the killing blow with his Ultimate, it refunds the cooldown but not the mana cost.

If Pyke also gets a killing blow, it gives it to the nearest ally if there is one. Including the gold.
