Kalista ADC- supporter her help-

I'm a Supp/jung main still trying to master my roles in game. Since Kailista's release I've seen different builds on her. One is a runaine hurran into a bt; two is IE into BT and other big items and a third build is bokr build run. So what I'm asking is what is the goal with these builds as well as a support how should I act in response to these builds.

It is usually just preference. Hurricane rush is more for lane dominance and it allows you to farm. Also you apply rend stacks fast. Usually I see most people rush BotRK after. This also allows them to have good objective control(baron/Dragon). BotRK rush is similar to the objective control while also being able to kill HP stackers, just you won't have the AoE from hurricance. IE/BT rush is more the traditional ADC build, so your auto's/rend hurt more. With Hurricane/BotRK you need to auto a few more times to be able to hurt as much.

What support champion do you run, when your laning with a Kalista?

Annie is quite possibly the best support to run with a Kalista. Annie has a long AA range to set up, or proc, Kalistas scaling health damage, she brings a lot of damage for a support, which helps cuz Kalista lacks damage outside of big rend hits early on, and the combo of their ults just straight up wins lane and team fights.

item 3085 build is gives a strong mid game if the other team does not have fed tanks, and is very weak late game to big tanks and Gnar with item 3022 (who in mini form will out duel her depending on items and be un-kitable) if she does not sell and replace it. She also pushes lane all the time so ward deep so you have plenty of time to run for safety if ganks come. She also needs lots of time to auto attack to deal significant damage, so ensure she is free to do so and beware fighting match ups with high burst Graves . It is pretty strong vs multiple squishy enemies both because of Rend and the extra damage from the bolts is basically the same as getting 100% crit chance on a first time if you add all the damage together.

item 3031 is like many other ADC except needing a bit less peel, needs another item (preferably one with attack speed and crit chance) before she really gets going.

item 3153 is probably the strongest first item for single target damage for her and will give good trades with the other ADC. Focusing one target will work better than with item 3085 .

Regardless of build path, do not fight if Kalista has only one item and the opponent has item 3078 and is a champion that can use it effectively, for it is probably the strongest first item in the game.
