*Mathematically speaking, what is the most potentially damage Gangplank build?
I'd imagine it's something like:

Mysticman892 votesI expect a strictly mathematical optimum is probably actually going to be something impractical, like stacking 5 BT's (or any of the other 75 AD items) and an IE, for the rare super crit 1 shots.
Maximum DPS is probably a bit more complicated, but probably also impractical. Best in practice is probably something you can find on probuilds.
Dracocrash1 votesid actually say 5 armor pen items + 1 IE and a super barrel crit would be better. And the player would need a target with low base armor and crit damage increase runes.
