Shen Q idea.
So, instead of his blade always being a permanent fixture on the rift, why not have his Q be a small moment where he draws the blade and throws it like a giant dagger (he's a ninja) and it'll deal just the percent health damage as the blade travels. enemies hit are affected with Equinox. the sword will remain where it lands. Only Shen can interact with the blade. If Shen passes over the blade, he wields it, his next three autoattacks deal increased damage and attack faster. Shen swings faster and his sword bites harder against enemies affected by equinox. after the third auto, or if the buff times out, Shen will sheath the sword, which goes on a moderate cooldown before you can throw it again. After 4 seconds Shen can reactivate Q to withdraw the blade, dealing no damage, sheathing it and reducing the cooldown by x seconds (a flat number probably) The cooldown begins after the third swing, or when the buff times out. This gives Shen the ability to close in on slow enemy (say, a tank) by landing his taunt, then throwing the blade through them in the direction of safety, and then picking the sword up, then swinging away, or by throwing out his Q and pressing W as it lands next to an ally, This also gives Shen more dynamic ways to defend allies. The Q should have a pretty decent cooldown, as it just means you can put a little more power into those three autos. This gives Shen a cool spirit blade fantasy, by allowing him to throw it around. It has a moderate tether distance before Shen recalls the blade automatically (does not trigger the cooldown reduction) Using Stand United automatically resets the cooldown on Shens Q
