Is a Ninja Tabi nerf coming?
I'm slowly starting to see everyone in a game build this item. There is no better boot item then this
Make it so it scales to 12% from levels 1-18

Almost everyone's spaming AD champs but clearly Tabi, which have been the exact same for years are the underlying problem.
the reason tabi is overthrowing merc is because riot keeps releasing champions with CC that doesn't get reduced by tenacity
OP clearly marksman/ AD assassin main.
because... when an adc kills you 3 hits it's cool.
With the upcoming nerfs to armor pen and BC we might stop seeing it on everyone.
they dont need to nerf it they need to buff the other boots

Keep it the way it is until we see how the support item update goes through.
Supports might need to build this instead of lucidity or mobis for their "support quests"
Damage creep is too high. I really wish they buff the others. To much CC now & the slows are annoying.
It's only bought if you are facing a strong AD auto attacking champ. All of the boots are just as legit against the appropriate team comps. I do like your idea of having it scale though.
All the other boot options suck.
- This nearly blocks two whole full built lethality items
- Blocks % damage to auto attacks to marksman already having trouble surviving, now they have trouble doing the damage being meant as carries
- Low cost making it really effective early game and easy for everyone to buy and make AD/auto reliant champs ineffective
- If armor penetration were to be nerfed or downscaled, this would make ninja tabi all the more useful
- Put this item together with someone who heals a lot or something like death's dance, and it will be nearly the most difficult thing to kill them while they are doing damage, this is a tank's dream item for champions that kite with auto's.
- One of the most purchased items, why? All of the above.
