Never thought I would ever see an AP ratio on Kassadin's ult ever again, but they listened.

Kassadin teleports to a nearby location dealing 80/100/120 (+0.1Mana) (+0.2AP) magic damage to surrounding enemy units.

Each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 15 seconds doubles the Mana cost and deals an additional 40/50/60 (+0.2*Mana) (+0.1AP) magic damage per stack, stacks up to 4 times. Cost 50 Mana Range 500 Cooldown 6/4/2 Seconds

So in reality at max stacks and rank he will be doing 180 + 0.9 Mana + 0.6AP... This is quite a bit when you think of it, but considering how low the range is now, it's a well deserved buff. Should bring him back to at least 48% winrate if he can position well during a teamfight.
