Petition: PBE Rengar Changes to Ultimate

Ok, before we start this, I am not some salty player who hates getting one shotted or some salty player who only plays Rengar for one shots. Some context:

Thrill of the Hunt (R)
    "Fixed some issues with various R-related sound effects not playing
    "Rengar can now leap to targets other than the tracked target, but still **only critically strikes the tracked target**"
    "Time from when Rengar casts R to when he can leap **increased 1 >>> 2 seconds**"

Some nerfs to his R, which I really don't mind. The only one I honestly give a crap about is the no crits on anyone but the tank the person closest to him, which really lowers his damage output, which is already nerfed due to his massive Q nerfs/reworks that were deserved. So basically, can we get crits on everyone, not just the person closest? It really helps reinforce the idea that assassins should be able to choose their targets. Choice is a core thing for most assassins, and Rengar on PBE just doesn't get much.
