if you nerf one thing other things will become meta that are super cancer, like you nerfed poke botlanes and we got a relic shield meta i feel like the boards is very closed minded and doesnt think before they post so this was a post that was needed
But that is the beauty of League! It's forever changing. The game is different every single patch, it keeps it interesting. In reality something will always be a problem, no matter how much you try to balance the game. Someone will always find a way to break it. So Riot tries to fix it, sees what problem arises from that, and then tries changing something else. What else can they do? Do you have something in mind?
