Fizz is broken

This champion is literally the worst thing to ever be in this game. Once he gets a it's literally just over and he will one shot you in the blink of an eye even 10 minutes into the game. Not only that, even if you almost manage to kill him he just fucking uses his e to make himself invulnerable. You might say that his e has a long cooldown but if you get lots of CDR and possibly level it up early you can use it every 6-8 seconds. Also the fact the champion is permabanned just proves he is very broken and everyone hates playing against him for that reason. In my opinion this champion needs a huge rework on almost all his abilities to make him way less broken and have more counterplay.
