ok maybe the item might be an issue for range

might be an issue. i wasnt aware of the item before. i wasnt as concerned as others of how it could possible to be broken for range champs due to not being familiar with the range of the passive of the item. so i went into practice tool and got the item to see the range....

yeah that would seem like an issue. i think if they made the range for the passive smaller it might not be as big of an issue
