Can we have an interaction between the Arcade Skins?

What I'm suggesting is that if there are two or more Arcade Skins on the map, and one of them presses UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT A B S, then there should be an interaction.

Note: S is for start since the interaction should be nice, quick, and sweet and typing start out may take too long. Note 2: The last key (S) to press is up for debate. I just chose S cuz start starts with s.
