What to do when you forget smite

It's no surprise i forgot smite sometimes...i'm a dumb fuck ( no shit i have 30% winrate in plat 4 that's why i use this account cause it's emmbarasing ) so when i forget smite i just leave and my team remakes. Oh btw i won't reply to: "you are just dumb", "it's your problem you forgot smite", "you did it cause ur trolling"

Most folks won't be down for it, but usually I just buy a supp item and duo top till I can handle roaming and farming jg on my own. Helps if you're in a premade.
