So yesterday on my new account (this one) i was playing with a friend and some Fiora WAS WRECKING ME! And i'm not bronze i'm plat 3 then i check and see...SHE HAS NEARLY PERFECT WIN RATE. I couldn't farm that game, i got 1/9 and yeah i got destroyed so what do you think will help against smurfs?
P.S I wanted to ban Fiora i banned Urgot and that was the biggest mistake of my life (maybe she was a Fiora one trick)

in all honesty, take your ass whipping. For the most part, you don't play vs smurfs very often so a loss here and there wont really affect much. But if your plat 3 and going against a D1 guy, there isn't much you can do. their map awareness/mechanics will most likely be better than yours. The only thing you can do is play safe and don't feed them kills. Pick a champ with an "uninteractive play style" IE someone that can push from afar and roam after.
You deal with it by getting to be a better player.
One GREAT way to do that is to play against the smurfs that wreck you...
There's always something to learn from a losing match.
Just ask yourself, why exactly am I getting shit on right now? Don't tell yourself "duh because he's good", look more into detail. Are you leaving yourself vulnerable, is he baiting your abilities for a free/safe engage, does he cast his spell every chance he gets(if so, you already know his next move), etc.
