Katarina and zed I think. Both are really mechanical and takes a lot of practice to be good on them.
Well the meta is about to change (probably), but right now I'd say any midlane champ that cant roam too well since roaming botlane and getting your adc ahead is the main way to win in this meta.
For junglers, anyone that can't gank well/pressure lanes before 6.
