Apparently, you didn't perform well enough compared to other Rengar players. Mastery is based on your performance versus other players who use that champ (presumably around the same rank as you, but not 100% sure on that part).
This means that some champs have a really high bar for an S, and some have a fairly low one.
It was a 44 minute game and you only had 214 cs, and only 3 assists.
Having placed 14 wards in a 44 minute game likely dragged you down somewhat.
This is especially low considering you kept the Warding Totem the entire game rather than swapping to Oracle's Lens.
It may not be the reason or the only reason, but assists. I've found more S's in my own experience from purposely going 10/0/10 instead of 20/0/0

Compaired to other rengo mains your score might not have stood out. you should be 100/0 camping the adc xD
it cares how you did relative to other players on the same champ it cares how long the game went, 214 cs in 45 minutes is not impressive it cares how many wards you dropped
it also cares whether you win or lose
44 min 14 wards.. lmao? 0 vision wards placed and you destroyed no wards vision or stealth. Farm is decent but for a 44 min game its meh. Although you seemed to be involved in taking dragons , you didn't seem involved with taking much else. Also only 3 assists ....
