Played off my chat ban but still says something
says You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions. and I don't know how to fix it. I can't get chest anymore even if I get an s- or above. Please help.

That's an intentional restriction to incentivize you to reform your behavior in the long run. The only way to get rid of it is to not get reported much.

Only thing you can do is stop buying fucking RP. If you give this company money and it sees its still raking in billions do you think they will change this sytem thats apparently working? do you think theyll introduce solo queue? you spend money on a broken game its YOUR problem when you run into these things.
Riot understands their system is flawed, but instead of fixing it, they add a new restriction..... because maybe this will work.
I had 1 game get reported, 10 game chat restriction, 20+ games no loot and still going.
That seems like it's working?
