Import item sets from text
Why isn't this already a thing, sure it would encourage not using your own builds, but almost everybody builds the same way anyways so why not?

I've had to reinstall LoL because of connecting issues and had to redo my item sets. I've also reinstalled Windows and had to redo my item sets.
I don't want to do that again. Now I have three for my most played champs, that's it.

Same here, I want to be able to make a set from my laptop, and this is probably one of the cheapest ways to allow people to transfer item sets to different computers because it wouldn't put much extra strain on the servers.
