Import item sets from text
Why isn't this already a thing, sure it would encourage not using your own builds, but almost everybody builds the same way anyways so why not?

I hate that it's client-side.
I've had to reinstall LoL because of connecting issues and had to redo my item sets. I've also reinstalled Windows and had to redo my item sets.
I don't want to do that again. Now I have three for my most played champs, that's it.
