Just don't. You are gonna probably force someone into a role. Communication will be off. The 4 of you will probably defend each other while you flame the outsider. If your assholes then the person left out isn't going to have a good time. Don't get me started on group afk's. Do everyone a favor and find that 5'th man.
Actually, I do 4 mans with my friends somewhat frequently. We all usually just fill and give the fourth his role. :\
Not sure why people that play this game can't be decent about that sorta thing, it's not rocket science, it's called playing the game for fun. Hence why you're in normals, and not tryhard (ranked) queue.
At least that's my opinion of it.
Also, flaming doesn't occur in my group, proper criticism when needed yes (most of the friends I play with are Diamond/Plat), but not flaming. No one ever afk's either.
Again, just common decency. :\
Sadly I wanted to leave a message that said "Some 4mans are polite and really look out for the fifth member to ensure a smooth game"
But in reality, what you said is much more accurate. You're generally flamed and isolated. But I don't really blame any system for this, not being able to play with X amount of friends is silly.
