Nautilus buff idea

I'll be honest Nautilus is my favorite champ, however I'm not a fan of the change in the scaling for his w ( his shield) I feel it limits his item build path and makes his early jungle a very very painfully slow if not a dangerous thing. Riot said they wanted to see a comeback of tank junglers. and so far I feel it hasnt been the case. after looking up what they did for shyvanna I though well why not do something similar for nautlius to help his jungling. let me explain, shivanna has 20% increased dmg against monsters whit her w. now I'm not saying to buff the damage of nautlise, but instead, since he's supposed to be a tank. why not give his shield bonus dmg reduction from monsters( say 10-20% tops), that way you still keep his scaling the same and simply give his jungle a better effectiveness and let the machete actually heal him.
