I'm not confident about the Q getting the execute and the vulnerable mark. I think it's a bit confusing as to which is better. Do I save it for extra damage? Or do I vulnerable the champ to get more damage from the auto trigger? I think it is a real concern of unclear optimization.
I think perhaps just removing the execute, and adding the blind back, at least on the primary target. Since she has to dash IN to dash OUT, unlike other ranged champs, she needs a bit more security when she dashes in. I feel the blind gave her this.
I do like her getting 2 ways to add a mark on a target. This means less luck and a stronger combo.
The new ult does look cool, because it has no cd. You channel 2 seconds and go where you please-es. Without a CD this means she can quickly roam to assist another lane or jungle, or return from base really quick. Homeguards + Ult gets her to the mid turret before home guards wears off... That's sick. I can't wait to see the new animation of Valor carrying her.
I wonder if the ult attack can be complete re-worked into something different. Being that she's not melee, it makes very little sense to have a self based aoe effect, especially one with low damage. Perhaps what she can get is a completely new, and logical end of ult effect. Maybe they can have Valor target the first player she attacks and slow them, or maybe she can get a small push back from where she lands.
The biggest change I'd like to see on her is actually not a change in abilities, as much as I'd like her auto attacks to be more responsive. I don't like seeing the projectile leave my character, and still cancel the projectile... Also her passive vulnerable mark could be smoother. I'd like to see the vulnerable actually take effect a bit quicker after it's marked. When I see it appear I often attack too quickly, potentially losing my opportunity to proc it.

I really don't care that they're removing the ult valor swap. To me this part always made the least sense of her kit, and the change in abilities was awkward. I always played her as a bot lane adc. I wouldn't mind her getting a push that maybe let her jungle like Kindred though! Jungling marksman is something I definitely want. Twitch too.
