I'm seeing some IE-Berserker's popping up
Is this a new meta stuff? I thought ADC start was either bork rush, lethality rush (uncommon nowadays), or BF into zeal. It seems pretty bad, but maybe it's just my MMR.

That was the norm before everything else you mentioned
That was also before the itemization changes though
IE was the rush up until the start of the season when they changed Runaan's. I still think if you've decided on a crit build, that IE is a good rush if you're ahead and farming well. Runaan's was kind of a bandaid to make up for the weak time an ADC spends between BF Sword and actually finishing IE. However, right now, Bork is usally the strongest rush, though on Cait I'm still rushing IE for headshot crits, and getting bork third.
Every game is different and every item is situational. Some ADC's also would prefer to have raw stats over the padding that BotRK gives. Someone like Draven for example would much prefer more an IE early, and someone like Sivir would prefer an Essence Reaver or IE. I'd highly recommend doing the math along with checking out how champion's abilities synergize with certain items. Sivir needs Crit to be able to sneak those juicy W's into the backline and deal damage into a teamfight, while on-hit effects only apply to the first target affected. Draven needs raw AD to continue hitting harder than other AD's with his Q. Sure you can rush BotRK on these champions, but it's less than ideal most of the time. BotRK is a tank-shredding item that deals a percent of current health in Physical Damage. If someone builds a ton of Armor, you need Armor Penetration to make the BotRK passive useful or it will be quickly mitigated by their stats. Either that or a ton of attack speed, which then forces you to stop moving more often to continue attacking, further edging you closer to their team where an ADC's life is 100% based around their positioning.
