Do slow passives stack?

I have been wondering about this for a while, and people I asked were never sure of it, though they did say it shouldn't. I want a confirmation on this topic: does it really stack or not?

Just take the champion which a slow passive herself: Ashe. Now, I haven't have the chance to try this yet, nor is it something easy to try in Practice Tool. But what if an Ashe goes Glacial Augment? Will her passive override the rune, or the other way around. Then, what if she buy one or all of these items:

item 3025 Iceborn Gauntlet item 3116 Rylai's item 3022 Frozen Mallet

Which passive will be disabled? Since they're all unique passive just with a slow attribute, normally it should mean they _do _stack. But I suppose there gotta be some kind of limiter, otherwise it will get to a point of being nearly stunned. That's why I wanna have some insight and remove my doubts about the interactions. Thank you.

The slow itself doesn't stack. The strongest slow is the only one that goes through.

It was changed to this sometime in season 5.. or 6, one of them
