When you're in ranked with ~70 ping but still lag

Thanks to this amazing experience, I was flamed and reported in my first ranked game ever in Silver 1 >.>

I would like to ask what kind of lag is this. My ping is normal and not high, and I test my internet speed which is also perfectly as usual. I did get two bugsplat though, one after I disconnected and reconnected (it happened on my loading screen when I reached 100%), the other is after I restarted the client and reconnected to the game (still happened in my loading screen).

After the defeat I jumped into a custom, but things are still normal.

I don't know if I should queue up for a normal/ranked anymore since this can happen again...

Seems like other players also experience the same issue. Maybe this is related to the server maintenance Riot did a few hours ago?
