Cannot edit runes anymore on the client

Recently notice this is an issue on the client. It usually happen after I'd play a couple games, and it persists in:

1. Collection > Runes Will only display a blank page without letting you edit or see anything.

2. Champion Select of any mode Will not let you view or edit anything after you click the Edit button next to your rune. An X will appear near the top right, but beside that there won't be any evidence the rune page even appear. Here is another screenshot of me doing it in a Practice Tool queue.

Right now the only solution is to restart the client. But that is very annoying after every few games, so I suggest finding a solution to this bug soon.
