So... I was gone for a few years... Came back and I'm playing and I keep seeing people pick one ADC over any others. KooooggMAWWWWWWW.

And I didn't really get it, I mean when I left he was okay but he didn't utterly destroy things.

Then I got into a match earlier and KogMAWWAWWWWAWW went one on three and won. Just utterly destroyed everyone who was in visual range of him. Then I noticed.. 4.1 attack speed.

THE HELL IS THAT?

He is now a machine gun adc, with the new update on rageblade, its really something you have to burst.

Changes during the marksman rework. His W now provides 2x AS and raises his AS cap to 5.0, but makes his basic attacks do 55% damage. He synergizes with on hit effects much more and has higher damage, but can no longer really kite while W is up making him even more immobile.
