Mordekaiser Feels Gutted

I've been playing this new fangled silly game called League o' Legends since season one, and I do remember that there Mordekaiser was a bit of a brute, a bit of a bully, and a bit o' fun.

So after a two year hiatus starting in 2014 I done came back due to some pressure from friends and opted to play again, and that there Mordekaiser...well.. ...

What the hell happened? Mordekaiser went from feeling durable and vicious to feeling very weak and frail. His ultimate has almost no impact when you use it, even the ghost itself doesn't feel as powerful as before. The W which had a strong audio and visual presence feels toned down as well.

The only thing that feels strong on his kit is the Q and the Dragon Ghost, which by the way is both awesome and horrible in and of itself.

What happened to you master of metal? :(

tbh i quit the game since Mordekaiser's rework, i just stick here to shitpost and pretend to know what i am talking about.

But yeah, Mordekaiser feels less Juggernauty than ever tbh. Old Mord often went full AP burst mage, but he could also go AP Bruiser with little issues, if the match asked for it.

When a two levels behind Zed 100-0 me on the PBE when i was playtesting him, i lost all hope of ever having fun with him again.

Anyway, the rework intended to turn Mordekaiser into the first of the new ''Bruiser Bot'', meant to go with a Support while the ADC solo lanes/jungles. After a major outcry from the community, CertainlyT did not really care and shipped him anyway. New Mordekaiser was mediocre at first on Solo Que, then people learned how to abuse his incredibly unfair advantages (Like bonus exp and dragon ghost). When LCS rolled around, he had a near 100% Ban Rate, because he was ridiculously powerful and nobody really knew how to properly play around a good one.

After this he got heavy nerfs, then he got some more tweaks and is on his current state.
