Why the QSS changes again?

Just wondering considering how even with nerfs Zed can still destroy most ADCs (or just champs in general) with his ult and Duskblade auto as long as he's competent. Does Riot not like ADCs or something?

So that, since qss is no longer a viable option, adc would come to realize support is their qss and would think twice before unleashing the toxicity.
