So I log in and patch normally without any problems whatsoever. Then at some point, the game so "Unable to Patch. Error Code 003" and all of a sudden, I can't click the Play button anymore. Now, I log out and all of a sudden I have to patch AGAIN and it says the same message over and over again no matter how many times I close and re-open the client.

Adding a same thing here from EUW, just so it proves its a global thing of some sort-
Same thing here (NA), went to play a game this morning and saw the patch was starting within a few minutes, I left my game client open and went back to it later. It told me I needed to restart League cause the update of course so I did and then it gave me that "Unable to Patch" error before I even make it past the login screen - it's an endless loop. Tried restarting, hextech repair tool thing, etc. Still cannot log in.
