Hey lads, it is been really long since the majority of top laners asked for a Pantheon rework or at least try and force him out of Top Lane, i was a Camille main and they did their best to force her out of jungle... You could rework his Q completely and make it a skillshot like Nidalees Q, and maybe increase its Mana cost but he will get a percentage of his damage as mana back when he he uses q against jungle items?
If his Q was a skillshot, he'd be nearly completely useless. He wouldn't be able to bully, his farm would become so much less reliable, and because he can already falls off so hard as early as the mid game, there would just be no reason to hurt one of his farming tools so badly.
^ Another thing with pantheon is, he has plenty of matchups he simply won't ever win when both sides play correctly ( rumble, tryndamere, garen, chogath...). He has a very simple straightforward kit too so it's not like he'll come up with some insane outplay once he's behind in lane.
Pantheon's hard counter is feeding team mates. Given how often that happens, I'd say he needs some buffs.
